Training Spectrum
All our healthcare staff are required to undergo practical training programme prior to completing any work. This programme consists of:
Practical care including manual handling, hoisting, sling use, slide sheets, and potential risks
Medication Administration, Buccal and Epilepsy Awareness, and 2-1 care
15-module Care Certificate including Safeguarding & BLS
Behaviour Management, Risk Management, Minimising Restraint, Lone Working, and Team-Teach training (as per requirement)
In-house policies, disciplinary polices, induction and fire awareness, supervision and complaint policies
